This presentation was created for one of my classes as a way of displaying a global health issue that I had witnessed in my own life. I chose to display my experiences through a Photovoice presentation, using pictures to effectively communicate my point. I was able to connect my experiences as an intern at a refugee shelter in Greece that supplied services for migrants from the Middle East and North Africa. This presentation not only displays the health issues suffered by many refugees on their journey to Greece, but also provides potential research-based solutions that are currently being implemented.
