This paper contains my philosophy statement which represents my goals and values in the fields of public health and nursing. My curiosity to discover the intricacies of the human body and how those findings can be used to help increase the quality of life for others is what originally gravitated me towards the field of health. This piece discusses the ethical views of health promotions and how I plan to incorporate them in my future career. This philosophy statement was written as a final assignment for my Introduction to Public Health class. I continuously refer to this piece as a reminder for why I am in the health field, what my future goals are, and how I plan to achieve those goals.
